Trial Credit Details
New accounts receive $0.50 of trial credit valid for seven days. This allows you to verify latency, streaming, and function calling before committing to a crypto top-up. The trial credit operates exactly like paid credit, consuming input and output tokens at standard rates. It is a one-time benefit per person, ensuring fair access for developers evaluating our infrastructure.
Refund and Expiration Policy
Unused prepaid credit remains in your account indefinitely until you choose to spend it. We do not offer refunds for standard top-ups, as the credit is non-expiring and holds permanent value. If you experience a technical issue like a double charge, our Support page handles corrections directly. This approach ensures you never lose value from minor network glitches or API version updates.
